These terms apply whenever you use thefeyiagbaje.com. By using this site, including submitting an inquiry or booking a discovery call, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

This site is informational and lets you send us an inquiry or book a complimentary discovery call. It is not an online store: we don’t process payments or take orders through this website. A gown commission, its price, timeline and any deposit are agreed directly between you and The Feyi Agbaje, outside this site, after a consultation.

• A discovery call booked through this site is complimentary.
• Booking a call is not a contract to commission a gown, and doesn’t reserve pricing, fabric, or a production slot.
• Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked call.
• We reserve calendar slots on a first-booked basis; if two people attempt the same slot, only the first successful booking is confirmed.

You agree not to use this site to:

• Submit false, abusive, or fraudulent information through our forms;
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the site; or
• Use it for any unlawful purpose.

All photography, brand names, logos and written content on this site belong to The Feyi Agbaje unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

This site is provided “as is”. While we try to keep it accurate and available, we don’t guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that availability shown for a discovery call is guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Feyi Agbaje is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This doesn’t limit any liability that can’t lawfully be limited in your jurisdiction.

This site links to or uses third-party services (for example, WhatsApp and Google Calendar). We aren’t responsible for those services’ own terms or practices. See our Privacy Policy for how we use them.
