Accessibility
Last updated: 11 September 2026
Our commitment
We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using a screen reader, keyboard-only navigation, or who need reduced motion. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
What's already in place
- A “Skip to content” link for keyboard and screen-reader users;
- One clear, logical heading per page, and semantic landmarks throughout;
- Every image carries descriptive alt text;
- Visible focus states on every interactive element;
- Motion (the collections carousel and scroll reveals) respects your operating system’s reduced-motion setting, and pauses automatically when off-screen, on hover, or while a keyboard user is focused inside it;
- Form fields are labelled, and errors are announced to screen readers;
- No text relies on color alone to convey meaning or status.
Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time checklist. If you hit a barrier using this site, anywhere, on any device, we want to know, and we’ll treat it as a priority to fix.
